Founded in 2020, Centre de Distribution Transrapide is a division of Groupe Huot. Stephan Huot, the visionary businessman at the head of the Groupe, has been a major real estate developer in the Quebec City area for more than 30 years.

Centre de distribution Transrapide is an offshoot of a long-distance road transport company. After seeing the crying need of its customers in terms of commercial and industrial warehousing, it was decided to develop warehouses and offer a logistics service. The turnkey service offered allows a host of possibilities.

Located in the Lévis/Lauzon industrial sector of the south shore (Quebec City), the installations offer a total of more than half a million  square feet of commercial and industrial storage space, divided between 12 high-tech buildings.
